We'll freeze your remaining balance at the time you report your card as lost or stolen and mail you the replacement card immediately -without hassels or fees.

Starbucks Cards are welcome in every stores in Thailand (except Suvannabhumi stores are not able to load the money). 
Most stores in Australia, Greece, Hong Kong, and United Kingdom also accept the Starbucks Card.  Please note that Starbucks Cards issued in Japan and Korea may only be used in the countires in which they are issued.

Go to Starbucks.co.th.  All you need is the card's 16-digit number and its Pin, which is an 8-digit number that can be found under the scratch-off coating on the back of your card.

No, there are  no fees or expiration date associated with unused balances on the Starbucks Card.

Yes, Starbucks cards are reloadable.  At any time, you can reload your Starbucks Card with additional cash at any Starbucks stores*. 

Auto-reload is not available in Thailand.

*except Suvannabhumi stores.
