This is a holiday blend that incorporates coffee from all three growing regions and all three main processing methods: a first for our holiday coffee line-up. Beans from Costa Rica build a base of nuttiness and bright acidity. Earthiness and spiciness are layered on with Sumatra and Aged Sumatra coffee. Finally, natural (sun-dried) East African coffee brings a plumy sweetness that is intensified when pulled as a shot of espresso. This pre-roast blend is best paired with dark chocolate and baking spices.
